Where all those missing socks go is one of those imponderable questions. Is there a Sock Monster who eats them? That's what a little boy named Simon thinks. After Simon loses his lucky sock, his older sister, Janey, tells him a story of a legendary creature that lives in their basement and eats missing socks for dinner. Panicked and certain he'll lose his championship soccer game without his lucky sock, Simon seeks the help of his friend Timmy to rescue it.
