Author Biography

Joanna Copestick is an established writer specializing in interiors and design. She is the author of many interiors books, including The Family Home, And So To Bed, and Choosing and Using Lighting. She is also co-author of Natural Decorating and Contemporary Decorating, and with Meryl Lloyd, Vital Color. She lives in Hertfordshire, England, where she has formed an interior design partnership called Domain. Meryl Lloyd is an art director and designer who has worked with some of the most influential authors and designers in the fields of interior design and the decorative arts. She has helped create successful books for a number of prestigious illustrated-book publishers around the world, including Vital Color, which she co-wrote with Joanna Copestick. Andrew Wood specializes in interiors and fashion photography. He undertakes regular commissions from Elle Decoration as well as shooting lifestyle features for Vogue and The Sunday Telegraph Magazine. His previous books for Ryland Peters & Small include Naturally Modern, Modern Retro, and Living with Arts & Crafts.
