Author Biography

About the author Born in Western Nebraska, but moving to CO at a young age, Carolyn grew up in the shadow of the towering, Rocky Mountains. There she developed an extra-ordinary appreciation of nature. This love of nature comes to the forefront in the SNOWFF Adventure Series of books. As author of the six book series, Carolyn uses her love of nature and her natural ability as a teacher to weave exciting, fascinating stories, all the while, integrating SCIENCE, READING, MUSIC and ART. Described as "charming and delightful," the books captivate readers/listeners. Carolyn holds a BA from the University of Wyoming and is a former classroom teacher.
