Author Biography

NURIA LORENZO-DUS is Reader in Linguistics at Swansea University, UK. She has published widely on media discourse and cross-cultural/Spanish pragmatics. Her latest monograph is Television Discourse (Palgrave Macmillan, 2009). She is currently involved in two funded projects, one on mediated memory (AHRC) and the other on gender and language (Spanish Ministry of Science).
