Summary

This book discusses delicate family issues- life, death, taxes and probate. Written with humor, the author captivates the reader's interest and provokes thoughts about personal estate planning needs by using real life situations he has handled as an estate attorney for more than 20 years. He concludes each story with legal analysis that addresses obvious concerns raised plus unasked and unanswered questions the average person most likely would overlook.
