Author Biography

Nancy Ellison us the author of Barbie Live, Swan Lake, and Romeo & Juliet: The Love Story in Dance. Her photographs have appeared in such national publications as Time, Life, Talk, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Mirabella, People and the New York Times Magazine. She is represented by the Mary Boone Gallery.

Paul Theroux is the internationally acclaimed author of such books as The Great Railway Bazaar, The Old Patagonian Express, and Sunrise with Seamonsters. His many novels include Kowloon Tong, The Mosquito Coast, My Other Life, and Hotel Honolulu. He lives in Hawaii and Cape Cod.
