Prof. Dr. Andreas Vasilache is Associate Professor for European Studies at the University of Bielefeld and German Director of the Centre for German and European Studies (CGES) at the University of Bielefeld and St. Petersburg State University. Prof. Dr. Reimund Seidelmann is Professor ret. for International Relations and Foreign Policy Studies at Justus-Liebig-University Gieen. Dr. Jos Luis de Sales Marques is President of the Institute of European Studies of Macau.
