When Swanda first moves to Brooklyn from the country, she misses the wildlife she left behind. But not for long. “Oh, look! Pierre Pratt is the internationally acclaimed, award-winning illustrator of over 50 books for children. He lives and works in Montreal, Quebec, and in Lisbon, Portugal.

James Sage is the author of over a dozen books for children. His first book, illustrated with photographs by Robert Doisneau, was awarded a Prix d'Arles. He lives in Lincolnshire, England.
