Author Biography

Joe Moreira has 40 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the martial arts. He is the star of numerous instructional videos and author of The Guard: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Details and Techniques Volume II. Ed Beneville is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Beneville has various championship titles in the art. He is co-author of Passing the Guard and The Guard, volumes 1 & 2 in this series.
