Author Biography

Susan R. Komives is associate professor of counseling and personnel services at the University of Maryland College Park and a former vice president for student development at the University of Tampa. Dudley B. Woodard, Jr., is professor of higher education in the Center for the Study of Higher Education at the University of Arizona. He is the past president of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators.
