Dust off the sauté pan, light the candles and rustle up an irresistible beef fillet with pea purée and hasselback potatoes! Eating is a communal activity, so in More the Merrier you’ll find plenty of ideas for easy boards and small plates to share. Finally, enjoy a leisurely catch up with hungry friends at the weekend and sit down to a banana and chocolate cake or a plate of honey and oat Anzac cookies at Teatime.

Author Biography

Acland Geddes developed a passion for all things edible from a very early age, largely thanks to his mother’s homespun Italian cooking. He gave up a career in advertising and after working as a chef in leading gastropubs in London, he opened the first of two branches of Megan’s on the King’s Road in Chelsea in 2010. Megan’s is a place for all seasons—a café and restaurant in London’s Chelsea, it could just as easily be in New York’s Upper East Side, Beverly Hills or a Mediterranean enclave.
