Author Biography

Milton J. Nieuwsma is a freelance writer and photojournalist whose work has appeared in the Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, and other major newspapers and magazines. In addition, he has taught writing and journalism at Wayne State University in Detroit; Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey; and Saint Xavier University in Chicago. He and his wife, Marilee, live in Holland, Michigan, and have three children.
