Author Biography

Christy Marx is an American writer and a photographer. She is the creator of the popular animated television series "Jem and the Holograms" and has written scripts for various episodes of animated television including "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," "Conan the Adventurer," "G.I. Joe," "Hypernauts," "Captain Power" and others. She is known for her original comic book series Sisterhood of Steel as well as work on Conan, Red Sonja, and Elfquest. She is currently the writer of SWORD OF SORCERY's lead feature, Amethyst.
