Summary

This series of six-week programs for the whole church family is designed to bring all ages together for dinner, fellowship, study, and engage with the Pastor in conversation about key stories of the Bible-basic enough for newbies and with enough unexpected flair to engage the seasoned Bible scholar. This is a way for busy churches to make sure there's one activity each week when the entire congregation comes together. The stories are presented by the pastor in four different sets (six stories each), allowing pastors to make choices, to go from the Old to the New Testament, and focus on important holiday seasons. Sessions include a meal, the telling of the story and what it means, and activities for children, youth, and adults. The stories presented in Volume 2 include: The Beatitudes, The Least of These, The Great Commission, The Last Supper, Crucifixion, Resurrection. This book of devotions contains six weeks of short devotions and prayers for adults or for families to experience together at home during the program.
