Author Biography

Richard Craze has studied Taoism extensively, and as a Feng Shui consultant has worked closely with Chinese communities both in London and Bristol. He has taught meditation, yoga, stress management, and Alexander Technique and in the 1980s set up a Natural Health Clinic. He is the author of over 20 books in the body/mind/spirit arena. Roni Jay is a freelance writer who began writing ten years ago after a successful career in the theater. Author of several books about marketing, she has also written Mystic Cats (Godsfield Press, 1995) and Gardens of the Spirit (Godsfield Press, 1997). Interested in mythology and medieval history, Roni Jay currently lives in Devon where she enjoys gardening and reading.
