A professor at the School of Public Affairs, Arizona State University. Richard Cole is Dean of the School of Urban and Public Affairs and professor of Political Science and Urban Affairs at the University of Texas at Arlington. Andrea Elson works for a Chicago-based urban planning and development consulting firm where she specializes in tax increment financing and real estate finance. Rod Hissong is Associate professor of urban affairs in the School of Urban and Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Arlington Carlyn Johnson is Professor of law and public affairs in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. Craig Johnson teaches public finance courses at Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs. J. Drew Klacik is Policy analyst for the Center for Urban Policy and the Environment, Indiana University.
