Author Biography


Meenakshi Raman, PhD, is presently Associate Professor of English and Communication and Chief of the Publications and Media Relations Unit at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani. She has several years of teaching experience and has been teaching courses on English and Communication at various levels. She is the co-author of Business Communication and has several articles to her credit.

Sangeeta Sharma, PhD, is presently Assistant Professor and Group Leader of the Languages Group at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani. She has several years of teaching experience. She is currently teaching courses on Communication and Advertising at BITS, Pilani, and has published several articles on communication.
