Lance, a Japanese-American, was born, raised, and educated in the U.S. but has spent much of his professional life living and working in Fortune Global 500 companies throughout Asia and US such as Nike-Cole Haan and Pepsi-Cola.

Dr. Wes Feltner has spent the last 23 years in vocational ministry and leadership training and is founder of Lead Well Ministries.
