Shayne Austin began his forray into the world of cooking at age 13 when he began his first cooking apprenticeship. Since that time, Shayne has gone on to build an amazing career working and learning from world-renowed chefs along the way.

His love for Thai cuisine came from his extensive travel throughout Asia, and through the family recipes passed down through his wife’s family.
