Author Biography

<b>Preston Manning</b> was one of the principal founders of the Reform party in 1987. He was first elected to the House of Commons in 1993 and resigned his seat in January 2002. He is a Senior Fellow with the Fraser Institutue; Senior Fellow with the Canada West Foundation; Distinguished Visitor in Canadian Public Policy with the University of Calgary; and Distinguished Visitor in Political Science in the Faculty of Arts and Science, University of Toronto.<br><br><br><i>From the Hardcover edition.</i>
