Summary

In this book, Héctor Sevilla offers a book of ethics to his daughter Sofía. It’s not intended to be a set of rules to live by, but rather an invitation to reflect freely. You don't have to be Sofia, a woman, or go through adolescence to benefit from the ideas expressed in each of the letters. Courage, prudence, self-care, solidarity, detachment, resilience, gratitude, and perseverance are just some of the topics that are addressed with simplicity and ease. This loving legacy is intended to speak on behalf of all parents, even those who have passed away.
