Paul Bernabei directs Top 20 Training. He has been a teacher, counselor, administrator and coach in Twin Cities grade schools and high schools for 32 years. Paul also directs Share-A-Life, a program that provides housing and support for pregnant women in crisis. A graduate of St. John’s University and the University of St. Thomas, Paul and his wife, Paula, a kindergarten teacher, reside in St. Paul, Minnesota. They have four daughters and eight grandchildren.
Tom Cody has been a grade school and high school math teacher since 1974. He has been instrumental in developing innovative curriculum programs at Cretin-Derham Hall High School where he has also coached several athletic teams and taught TLC: Thinking Learning and Communicating since 2000. A graduate of Colorado State University, Tom and his wife, Judy, a fifth grade teacher, reside in St. Paul, Minnesota. They have three sons.
Willow Sweeney has been a high school social studies teacher and coach. She has taught TLC: Thinking Learning and Communicatingclasses as well as world cultures and social justice. Her work with Top 20 Training focuses on communication and relationship topics. Her exceptional ability to build rapport with students helps make Top 20 concepts immediately relevant to their lives. Willow and her husband, Brian, live in St. Cloud, Minnesota. They have two children.
Mary Cole is the co-founder and vice-president of Salon Development Corporation. For the last 24 years, she has developed materials, programs and products provided by her company. She facilitates training sessions with Michael, her husband and business partner. Mary helped create the original Top 20 curriculum for students and has taught for three years.
Michael Cole has been a seminar educator for 34 years. He is founder and president of Salon Development Corporation, an international company specializing in business training. He is a world-renowned recipient of numerous awards for helping thousands of professionals transform their lives. The Coles live in St. Paul, Minnesota. They have two children and two grandchildren.
