Author Biography

Dr Chike J Emedosi is a Lecturer in Banking and Finance Law at the University of Aberdeen. He holds law degrees from the University of Aberdeen (PhD), the University of Glasgow (LLM), the Nigerian Law School (BL) and Madonna University Nigeria (LLB (Hons)). He regularly writes on finance law issues and has published in leading academic journals, including Banking & Finance Law Review. His research has been funded by the Scottish Universities Law Institute and the Max Planck Institute.
