Author Biography

Sir Roy Goode is Emeritus Professor of Law in the University of Oxford and Emeritus Fellow of St John's College, Oxford. Herbert Kronke is Secretary-General of UNIDROIT, Rome, and Professor of Law at the University of Heidelberg. Professor Ewan McKendrick is at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford. Jeffrey Wool is a Partner of Perkins Coie, Washington and Secretary to the Aviation Working Group.
