Besides serving as Minister of Preaching of the historic Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, Richard D. Phillips is Vice President of the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals and heads the Reformation Societies, a national network of pastors and churches committed to serving a modern reformation. He holds a Master of Divinity with first honors from Westminster Theological Seminary and has written several other books
