Author Biography

William Blazek is a senior lecturer in English literature at Liverpool Hope University, coeditor of the F. Scott Fitzgerald Review, and coeditor of American Mythology: New Essays on Contemporary Literature, published by Liverpool University Press.
Laura Rattray is a lecturer in American studies at the University of Hull in England.
