Summary

There are literally 50 linear tips, in this order: * First 15 are about maintaining a healthy twin pregnancy, since there are special issues for multiple moms, i.e. "this is not a good time to go on a diet," and "lie down as much as possible, don't listen to all the horror stories, etc." "*" Tips #16-20 are about delivery of twins, "How do I know I'm in labor? Can I deliver vaginally? Where will I deliver most safely?" * Tips 21-25 address twins who require further care in the Neo Intensive Care Unit. * Tips 26-30 offer advice on how to prepare a safe home for twins and save money too. * Tips 31-50 provide the most important things you need to know about the daily challenge of feeding, dressing, sleeping, and having fun with twins. * All the tips are interspersed with boxes featuring special resources (books, web-sites, clubs and other groups, where to buy special twin equipment and accessories), jokes, special inspirational stories.
