A Quiet Place offers mothers and fathers, educators and therapists an eight-week mindfulness program so that children and adolescents can manage stress and anxiety in their lives, manage difficult emotions, increase positive communication, be kinder with themselves and others or improve their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
