Ciudades que te recuerdan quién eres, y otras que te descubren quién quieres ser. Lucía hará un viaje de ida y vuelta hacia ella misma en su próximo destino: Nueva York, la ciudad que nunca duerme. La mañana en que recibe la invitación a la boda de Alberto, el amor de su vida, Lucía desea con todas sus fuerzas despertar de esa pesadilla. Pero la boda es real y, queriendo escapar del dolor y las dudas, Lucía cruza el charco y se traslada a casa de su amiga Olga, en Nueva York. The morning that she receives the invitation to the wedding of Alberto, the love of her life, Lucía hopes with all her might to wake up from this nightmare. But the wedding is real and, trying to escape from pain and doubt, Lucía goes to visit her friend Olga in New York. There she makes more friends, finds exciting romance, suffers other betrayals and goofs up on several occasions. But above all, she will let the most unexpected thing happen. Because who would have guessed that a dog would be the true beginning to her new life?
