Author Biography

David Chappell BA(Hons Arch), MA(Arch), MA(Law), Ph.D., RIBA is a Director of Chappell-Marshall Ltd. Building and Civil Engineering Contract Consultants and Professor of Architectural Practice and Research in the School of the Built Environment at the Queen's University of Belfast.
