Author Biography

Paul 'T Hart is Professor of Public Administration, Utrecht School of Government, Utrecht University, the Netherlands, and Associate Dean of the Netherlands School of Public Administration. A multiple prize-winning author, lecturer and consultant, his research and teaching focus on political and public sector leadership, crisis management, policy evaluation and public accountability.
