Author Biography

Dame Pat Collarbone is a former secondary headteacher and director of the National Remodelling Team. She founded the London Leadership Centre at the Institute of Education, University of London. Today she is a director of Education Change Associates. She is a Visiting Professor at the University of Canterbury Professor John West-Burnham is Visiting Professor in Educational Leadership and Director of the Centre for Creativity in Leadership at the University of Bristol
