Author Biography

Elena Ermolaeva, Ph.D., is associate professor in the Department of Sociology/Anthropology at Marshall University. She is an international sociologist with more than thirty-three years of professional experience. Jessica Ross is an undergraduate student in the Department of Sociology/Anthropology at Marshall University.
