Author Biography

Subhash Bhatnagar held a chair professorship and served as the Dean during his long tenure of 28 years at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA). He is currently an adjunct (Honorary) Professor at IIMA. He is also an Advisor to the National Advisory Group on E-Governance of the Government of India.
