Author Biography

George R. Taylor is a professor and the head of the Department of Special Education at Coppin State College and core faculty at the Union Institute. He received a bachelor's degree in elementary education in 1959 from Fayetteville State University and master's and doctoral degrees in educational psychology and special education in 1967 and 1969 from the Catholic University of America. He has written numerous articles for professional journals and has published many books
