Professor Fulford is Honorary Consultant Psychiatrist at the University of Oxford and is Emeritus Professor of Philosophy and Mental Health at the University of Warwick, UK.

Alastair Morgan is Senior Lecturer in Mental Health at Sheffield Hallam University, UK.

Gemma Stacey is Lecturer in Mental Health and Social Care at the University of Nottingham, UK.
