Author Biography

Patrick Anderson is Associated Professor in the department of communication at the University of California, San Diego, USA, where he is also faculty affiliate of Critical Gender studies and Ethnic Studies. He is the author of So Much Wasted: Hunger, Performance, and the Morbidity of Resistance (2010). Jisha Menon is Assistant Professor of Drama at Stanford University, USA. She is currently completing her manuscript called The Performance of Nationalism: India, Pakistan and the Memory of Partition. She has previously taught in the department of English at the University of British Columbia. Her articles and reviews have appeared in Modern Drama, Feminist Review, and Theatre Journal.
