Author Biography

Ian J. Plant is the author of Shenandoah Wonder and Light and West Virginia Wonder and Light and the coauthor of Blue Ridge Parkway Wonder and Light. His photographs have appeared in Adirondack Life and Blue Ridge Country magazines. He lives in Lorton, Virginia. Jerry D. Greer is the photographer of Appalachia: The Southern Highlands and Blue Ridge Mountains: America's First Frontier and the cophotographer of Blue Ridge Parkway Wonder and Light. His photographs have appeared in Appalachian Trailway News, Backpacker, Blue Ridge Country, and Mountain Bike magazines. He lives in Johnson City, Tennessee.
