Henrik Horn Andersen is one of the best facilitators in Denmark and the co-author of "Facilitation – create results through Involvement". He is the advisor of international companies and has extensive experience facilitating c-suite seminars as well as training sessions and large-scale seminars with up to 1250 participants. Henrik has a creative drive in his approach to facilitation and always play with new formats and ideas to support the purpose of the session. This makes him a frontrunner in the field of facilitation.

Iben Nelson is a learning expert. She has been working heavily within the field of learning and facilitation, training internal consultants as well as clients.

Kåre Ronex has a deep subject matter expertise within the facilitation field helping Implement build their virtual facilitation platform as well as clients. In the first four months of 2020 Kåre has trained more than 5000 people in virtual facilitation and has driven a large number of virtual sessions. He has extensive practical experience in this field working with international companies such as Mærsk, Novo Nordisk, Coty and Air Liquide.
