Author Biography

Patricia Wells is the food critic for the International Herald Tribune and the author of eleven books, including Vegetable Harvest, The Provence Cookbook, Trattoria, and Bistro Cooking. She and her husband, Walter Wells, a retired executive editor of the International Herald Tribune, have lived in France for almost thirty years. They run a popular cooking school in both Paris and Provence.
