Author Biography

Kyla Ryman has a Masters in Early Childhood Education from Bank Street College. She is an advocate of organic learning for children and embraces thinking, playing, and creating as the building blocks for learning.

Wangechi Mutu was born and raised in Kenya and is an internationally recognized artist. Her work is in museum collections around the world, including the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.

They both live in Brooklyn, NY.
