I’ m Kylie – an Author and an Artist living on the northern beaches of Sydney. I create and publish wellbeing resources using my love of art and positive psychology. My aim is to encourage a positive mindset through creativity and mindfulness for all ages. My online family wellbeing ‘ creativity’ program, published card decks and mindfulness coloring books all come from my own healing journey during divorce and my mother passing.
