Alan Sutherland is a passionate educator and author dedicated to demystifying, and simplifying, the world of Money, Bitcoin, and utility-based Cryptocurrencies. During his time serving in the U.S. Navy, Alan was exposed to several intense training pipelines leading to proficiencies in Aviation Electronics, Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Programming, and Malware Analysis. Since he was accustomed to the intense training and learning throughout his career, after his separation in 2021 he was left with a thirst for knowledge and education. With this, he turned to finance.

Alan then spent years exploring, researching, and understanding the intricacies of the traditional financial system, the economy, and the coming world of digital currencies. Through his work, Alan aims to empower readers with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the evolving financial landscape.
