Author Biography

<b>Dayle Ann Dodds</b> has written children’s books about math, singing cows, colors, shapes, and pets who need a bath. Her work has been known to “leave young readers in stitches” (<i>School Library Journal</i>) and praised for its “exuberant and expert rhyme” (<i>Publishers Weekly</i>). A fan of the drama and fun of the circus, she created <i>Where’s Pup?</i> as a mystery that would make use of a wonderful setting. Dayle Ann Dodds lives in California.<br><br><b>Pierre Pratt</b> began creating comic strips as a teenager and has since found a career in creating artwork for magazines and advertisements. His true love, however, is illustrating children’s books. He has won numerous awards for his illustrations, including the Governor General’s Award for Illustration, the UNICEF Award at the Bologna Book Fair, and the Mr. Christie’s Book Award. Pierre Pratt lives in Montreal.
