Author Biography

Mrs. Zhang Jinhong, Doctor of History, lecturer at the School of Social History of Fujian Normal University. Her main research is on the history of Sino-foreign relations and the history of Christianity. She has published multiple papers in Fujian Forum, Research on the History of Maritime Transportation, and Fujian Literature and History. Mr. Xu Bin, Master of Economics from the National University of Ryukyu, Japan, Doctor of History from Fujian Normal University, associate researcher at the Fujian-Taiwan Regional Research Center of Fujian Normal University, a key research base of humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education, and master’s supervisor. His research focuses on historical Sino-Ryuku relations and regional culture of Fujian and Taiwan. He has published numerous papers in Fujian Forum, Journal of the Pacific, Research on the History of Maritime Transportation,etc. Mr. Xie Bizhen, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Fujian Normal University, Director of the Fujian-Taiwan Regional Research Center of Fujian Normal University, a key research base of humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education. His main research focuses on Chinese overseas transportation and trade history, the history of Sino-Japanese relations, and the local history of Fujian.
