Ruest is the co-author of numerous articles as well as the books Preparing for .NET Enterprise Technologies and Windows Server 2003, Best Practices for Enterprise Deployments. Danielle Ruest (Quebec, Canada) is a workflow architect and process consultant focused on people and organizational issues for large IT deployment projects. During her 20-year career, she has led change-management processes, developed and delivered training, and managed communications programs during process-implementation projects. She is the co-author of numerous articles as well as the books, Preparing for .NET Enterprise Technologies and Windows Server 2003: Best Practices for Enterprise Deployments. Both work with Resolutions Enterprises (www.Reso-Net.com), a small Canadian consulting firm that provides services in the architectural and project management fields.
