Author Biography

Jan Yager, PhD, is an author, sociologist, criminologist, business consultant, adjunct college professor, and entrepreneur. She is the author of more than fifty award-winning books, which have been translated into thirty-five languages, including Business Protocol, Grow Global, Productive Relationships, Making Your Office Work for You, Who’s That Sitting at My Desk?, When Friendship Hurts, and Work Less, Do More. Dr. Yager’s previous books on protocol, Business Protocol and Grow Global, have been translated into Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, and Chinese editions. She has appeared on TheToday Show, Good Morning America, The View, CBS This Morning, CBS Sunday Morning, NPR, and other major shows.
