Author Biography

Carson F. Dye, FACHE, is a management and search consultant with Witt/Kieffer Ford Hadelman and Lloyd. Mr. Dye also worked in two other firms as a compensation and search consultant. Prior to his consulting career, he served for twenty years as chief human resources officer at St. Vincent Medical Center, Ohio State University Medical Center, and Children's Hospital Medical Center
