Jim has an undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College and a Master's from Harvard. He and his wife live in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and Cleveland, Ohio.

Lindsay Musser Hough is a thirty-something working mother who has navigated a successful career in the management consulting industry. She has an undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College and a Masters of Public Administration from American University. She lives in Carlisle, Pennsylvania with her husband and their two children.
