Author Biography

Christina Bjorn is a self-taught cake artist who has been baking since she was a young child. She started helping her Nana in the kitchen at an early age where her love for cooking and baking began to blossom. She continued to bake as a hobby and for loved ones as an adult. In 2016, Christina realized a corporate career just couldn't cut it for her to be truly happy, so she chose to start her custom cake and dessert business, Not Your Nana's Bakery. Not Your Nana's Bakery is a dream come true that is inspired from tradition but crafted with innovation.
